This restriction ensures that all transactions are legally binding and compliant with U.S. law, mitigating risks associated with minors entering into financial agreements.
Our services are available exclusively to residents of the United States. Sellers must provide a valid U.S. address for verification purposes. By engaging in a transaction with Sell A Watch, users confirm that they meet this residency requirement. This policy ensures compliance with domestic trade laws and tax regulations.
Sell A Watch strictly prohibits international transactions and shipping. Users may not attempt to circumvent this restriction by utilizing third-party shipping services, forwarding addresses, or other methods. Any attempt to bypass this policy may result in account termination, transaction cancellation, and potential legal consequences. This restriction is in place to comply with U.S. trade regulations and to mitigate risks associated with cross-border transactions.
By using our services, users affirm that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws. Individuals who do not have such capacity, including those subject to guardianship or legal incapacity, are prohibited from engaging in transactions on our platform.
If selling on behalf of a business or legal entity, the user must have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and bind it to these Terms.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in transaction cancellation.

Users sell their watches directly to us. We provide a binding price quote, issue a shipping label, and complete payment upon receipt and verification of the item. This ensures a smooth and direct transaction without intermediaries. Our team conducts thorough inspections to validate the authenticity and condition of each watch before completing the transaction.
We may sell user-submitted watch details ("leads") to third-party dealers. We do not guarantee any dealer offers or transactions. Dealers operate independently, and any agreements between users and dealers are outside our control. Sellers should carefully evaluate any offers made by third-party dealers before proceeding.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may sell the information provided (excluding payment details) to third-party dealers for lead generation purposes. We do not guarantee any outcomes, offers, or sales when selling leads to dealers.
Sell A Watch reserves the right to modify or expand its business model at any time, including adjustments to the direct purchase process or the lead generation model, in order to improve service offerings.
Once a seller accepts an offer, the quoted price is binding for the seller. However, Sell A Watch reserves the right to cancel the deal at any time for any reason, including discrepancies in condition, authenticity, or completeness. This provision allows us to protect ourselves against fraudulent or misrepresented listings.
If we revise our offer due to discrepancies in the description, missing components, or authenticity concerns, the seller will have the right to cancel the transaction. Sellers are encouraged to provide accurate details to avoid unexpected adjustments.
If the seller cancels the transaction after shipment due to a revised offer, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Watches will be shipped back using a prepaid label with tracking to ensure a secure return process.
Sell A Watch provides a prepaid insured shipping label to sellers for sending watches to us. This ensures that sellers do not incur shipping expenses when sending their items, reducing financial risk in the transaction.
Sellers must follow all provided shipping instructions, which include:
Sellers must use recommended protective materials such as bubble wrap or padded envelopes to prevent damage during transit.
Only the prepaid shipping label provided by Sell A Watch must be used to ensure coverage under our insurance policy.
Packages must be dropped off at an approved carrier location within the specified timeframe to ensure tracking and accountability.
Sellers must not disclose the contents of the package to carrier employees or third parties. This is necessary to comply with third-party insurance regulations and minimize the risk of theft or tampering during transit.
If a watch is lost or damaged and all shipping instructions were followed, our insurance provider will cover the claim. However, insurance claims are at the discretion of our provider. If a claim is denied, Sell A Watch is not responsible for reimbursement. Sellers should ensure that all instructions are followed to remain eligible for coverage.
If a seller sends an item that does not match the agreed-upon description, the offer may be adjusted or voided at Sell A Watch’s discretion. Any adjustments will be communicated promptly, and the seller will have the option to proceed with the new offer or request a return.
Sellers are strictly prohibited from attempting to reroute or redirect packages after they have been shipped. Any unauthorized changes to shipment instructions may result in cancellation of the transaction, account suspension, and potential legal action.
Sellers may only use the prepaid shipping label provided by Sell A Watch to send the agreed-upon watch to the designated destination. Any unauthorized use of the shipping label is strictly prohibited.
Sellers may not:
Use the label to ship any item other than the agreed-upon watch.
Alter, redirect, or otherwise manipulate the shipping process.
Engage in actions intended to cause financial losses to Sell A Watch or its partners.
Any seller who misuses the provided shipping label may be charged up to 2x the final, adjusted cost of the shipping label to cover expenses incurred.
If a package is redirected or used improperly, Sell A Watch reserves the right to cancel the transaction and take further action as necessary.
If a seller ships an item that violates U.S. laws, carrier regulations, or Sell A Watch’s policies, the seller assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any resulting consequences, including:
Fines issued by SellAWatch.com.
Government fines or penalties associated with the shipment.
Carrier-imposed fees due to improper package contents.
Legal action resulting from the shipment of prohibited or fraudulent items.
Sell A Watch and its shipping partners are not responsible for any damages, fees, or legal repercussions arising from misuse of the shipping label.
The shipper bears full responsibility for any violations and must resolve all related financial obligations.
Payments are typically processed on the next business day after receiving and verifying the watch, but processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and security reviews.
We offer payment through:

Provides immediate delivery of a standard check via email. This functions as a traditional physical check but is sent electronically for faster access. The recipient can print and deposit it like any other check.
Allows for fast electronic payments with buyer and seller protections.
Facilitates direct bank transfers with minimal processing time.
May be available upon request and subject to approval.
Payment delays may occur due to verification issues, banking policies, or fraudulent activity detection. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to withhold payment and report the issue to authorities for further investigation.
If a seller's lead is sold to a third-party dealer, they will be informed of which dealer they are dealing with. Otherwise, sellers should assume they are transacting directly with Sell A Watch. This ensures transparency and clarity for all parties involved in the transaction.
To participate in our lead generation program, dealers must sign a separate agreement and meet certain verification requirements, including:
Submission of balance sheets, available cash reserves, and free cash flow reports to ensure financial stability.
Physical address and ID verification to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure legitimate business practices.
Compliance with any additional verification requirements we establish to maintain the integrity of our platform.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove dealers from our program at any time without notice. Dealers that fail to meet our standards or engage in unethical business practices may be removed immediately. This protects the integrity of the marketplace and ensures that sellers receive legitimate offers.
Dealers must ensure that all leads purchased from Sell A Watch are handled professionally and ethically. Misuse of lead information, including unsolicited marketing or harassment, will result in immediate removal from the program.
Dealers will be charged a predetermined rate for each lead. All payments must be made promptly in accordance with the terms set forth in the dealer agreement. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension or termination from the lead generation program.
Dealers agree not to attempt to contact sellers outside of the Sell A Watch platform to bypass lead generation fees. Any attempts to circumvent the platform will result in removal from the program.
Dealers must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws when handling seller information. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or resale of seller data is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Sell A Watch does not guarantee a specific number of leads or any minimum purchase amount for dealers. The availability of leads depends on market conditions and seller activity.
Dealers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and fraud prevention measures.
Sellers must have full legal ownership and the right to sell any watch they submit to Sell A Watch. Any misrepresentation of ownership may result in cancellation of the transaction, legal action, or involvement with law enforcement. Proof of ownership may be requested for certain transactions at our discretion.
To ensure compliance with regulations and prevent fraudulent transactions, all sellers must provide a valid government-issued ID when agreeing to sell a watch. This helps verify the seller's identity and ownership rights, adding an extra layer of security for both parties involved in the transaction.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that the watch they are selling is not stolen. If a watch is found to be stolen, Sell A Watch will fully cooperate with law enforcement and may take legal action against the seller. Even if a seller unknowingly sells a stolen watch in good faith, they will still be held financially responsible for any associated damages, including legal fees, insurance claims, and losses incurred by Sell A Watch. It is the seller’s duty to confirm the legitimacy of the watch before initiating a sale.
Watches containing aftermarket parts must be accurately disclosed at the time of sale. Failure to provide full disclosure may result in cancellation of the transaction and potential penalties.
Counterfeit watches are strictly prohibited. If we receive a counterfeit watch, it will be returned to the seller. However, if there is reason to believe that the seller attempted to commit fraud, Sell A Watch reserves the right to retain the watch as evidence, report the matter to the authorities, and/or charge the seller for any costs incurred for inbound and return shipping before releasing the item back to them.
Sellers must provide an accurate description of the watch, including its condition, any modifications, and any missing parts. Failure to disclose significant defects or modifications may result in a revised offer or cancellation of the transaction.
Sell A Watch reserves the right to reject any watch for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about authenticity, improper documentation, or discrepancies in the seller's description.
The seller must be the legal owner of the watch and cannot act as an intermediary for another individual or entity without express written permission from Sell A Watch.
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sell A Watch, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the sale of a watch, including but not limited to disputes over ownership, authenticity, or legal violations.
If the seller includes accessories such as original boxes, papers, or extra straps, they must be accurately described. If such accessories are missing or misrepresented, Sell A Watch may adjust the final offer accordingly.
Sellers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of watches, including but not limited to trade restrictions, sales tax requirements, and consumer protection laws.
Users must first attempt to resolve any disputes with Sell A Watch through our internal resolution process before pursuing legal action.
This process includes contacting our customer support team, providing relevant documentation, and allowing a reasonable amount of time for review and resolution.
Sell A Watch will make good faith efforts to address and resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in the State of Indiana.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and the decision rendered shall be final and legally binding on both parties.
Arbitration will be the exclusive remedy for all claims, except for cases involving intellectual property violations or injunctive relief.
